trying to post a picture and get twitter going

I been trying to get my twitter going and not sure of what Im doing, Does any one feel me on that? Anyway the past week and for this week the focus for myself  has to been to ad a picture or two to a couple of social networks including this blog. Pray for me that I get the ball rolling. I know that learning this technical part of it all only increases my marketability. Any advice on helping me meet the challenge is very welcome.
